D’Island, Puchong

D’Island is one of the most revolutionary property projects in Puchong as it is, as it names implies an island resort styled residential area. This is where one would be able to live in a house surrounded by waters which is in the form of an island. Located between Taman Putra Prima and Taman Putra Perdana, it is connected to the mainland and is practically an island which is very uncommon in today’s city living. The residential area was developed by the LBS Bina Group with Astana Modal (M). 

The D’Island is made up of 1,100 units of mixed configurations of property built on leasehold land. It comprises of 148 bungalows, 298 semi-detached houses, 237 super-link houses, 352 condominiums as well as commercial units where they are built within a gated and guarded community on its naturally waterfront setting. The Aplicalia is the first phase of the D’Island project which is made up of 3 storey super link homes and is currently being developed and is expected to complete in early 2014. These homes are equipped with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms where the top floor, which is fitted with a balcony and a roof terrace occupies the top floor, which naturally is the master suite. Prices start from RM1.3 million.
